There are occasions where you may want to freeze your challah for later use. Our challah freezes very well. Here is our recommendations on how to freeze and unfreeze the challah.
First, put your challah in the freezer in the bag it came in as soon as possible.
To unfreeze your challah, take it out of the freezer and let it thaw for 4-6 hours at room temperature.
Heat the oven to 180 degrees and put the challah in for no more than 5 minutes.
